Cross-Posting on Facebook Music Groups at an end!

Effective immediately, I will no longer cross-post on any music dept. related Facebook groups. My posts will only be posted on the DV Music Dept. Booster Club website, its Remind app, and its Facebook Group. If you wish to stay on top of the happenings of the Booster Club, please sign up to receive emails via the website, emails or phone notifications via Remind, or notifications via Facebook. Please submit your Parent Contact Info Form

Please take a few minutes to visit our website and submit a Parent Contact Info Form for each student you have in DV Music. The form can be found at:

The information is used by the DV Music Dept. Booster Club to track fundraising money for Disney, the Jazz Guest Artist, Scholarship, and other funds. This information is also vital as emergency contact information during any event the Booster Club holds.

If you submitted a form last year, you need to submit a new one with updated information.

Please understand that your information will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with ANY outside organization. It is used ONLY by the DV Music Dept. Booster Club.

I have updated the calendar to include all DV Music Dept. events until the end of 2017. This includes a Facebook event for each one.

The information is as I received it from the Dept. Chair, Mr. Richard Horst, so if there are any questions, please direct them to your child’s director. Booster Club representatives will not be able to answer your questions (sorry!) unless it is a Booster Club event, of course.

Calendar Updated for 2017-2018

The DV Music Dept. Booster Club website calendar has been updated with everything I have for the 2017-2018 school year.

So far that is only the Marching Band performances and PMEA items. I haven’t yet received the finalized Music Dept. Calendar from the school. Once I do, I will get it online as soon as I can. What I do have is posted and includes links to their Facebook Events.

For your information, the Marching Band events were provided by Mr. Bullock before the end of the school year and I got the PMEA information direct from the PMEA District 10 website.
