Hughes Fundraiser Pickup Wed 11/15

The Hughes Fall Fundraiser will be delivered on Wednesday, November 15th.

Please pickup your orders between 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM in the DVHS 11/12 Cafe.

All orders must be picked up. If you cannot be there, please make arrangements with someone to get your order. There are refrigerated and frozen items and we cannot store them.

If you are not there before 7:30 PM, we will be forced to leave them sitting where they are.

We could use some help with receiving, sorting, and distributing the order. Any student or parent who can help, please be at the DVHS 11/12 Cafe at 2:45 PM.

Heads Up for Hughes Delivery!

The Hughes Fundraiser delivery is scheduled for Wed., 11/15 at 3 PM. It will happen ONLY if I get building use approval. I had hoped to have it by now, but will hopefully get it early tomorrow. Once I do, I will start sending emails and making phone calls. Consider this your heads up!

Important Hughes Fundraiser Update

The Hughes Fundraiser order is expected to be delivered sometime next week (the week of Nov. 13th).

I have emailed everyone confirmation that their order was received and submitted. That email was sent from the dvmusicboosterclub@gmail.com email address.

If you did NOT receive an email, I did not receive a Parent Contact Info Form from you. Please complete one immediately at https://dvmusicdept.wordpress.com/2016/10/09/parent-contact-info-form-online/ so that I can keep you up to date on the status of this fundraiser, but also bank money for your student’s Disney trip.

Hughes Fundraiser Orders Due Tomorrow Wed., 10/25/17

All Hughes Fundraiser orders must be turned in to your directors tomorrow Wednesday, 10/25/17 or handed in to me directly at our Dining Out fundraiser at Jake’s Wayback Burgers from 5 to 8 PM tomorrow evening.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Make sure your order:

– Has the student’s name clearly written.
– Has the parent’s phone number and email address clearly written.
– Is STAPLED together! NOT paper clipped!
– All items ordered equals all money included! Nothing is short paid!

I must receive all order forms TOMORROW!

Anything wrong with your order, any item not fully paid for, will be left OFF your order!

I have to place the order by Friday. I have no time for errors or waiting for orders or forgotten payments. Sorry!
