Hughes Fall Fundraiser Info and Brochures

The Hughes Products fall fundraiser began on Wed., 10/11/17, with a kick-off meeting for all DVHS and DVMS music students.

Thank you to Mr. Colin Hughes of Hughes Products and our Music Directors for running and coordinating the meeting! Without the support of our directors helping in the school, we wouldn’t be able to pull off these fundraisers!

This fundraiser will benefit your student’s Disney trip (2020 or 2024 for 6th graders only) or the fund of their choice. All they need to do is indicate the fund on their order form. I will assume Disney unless otherwise indicated.

Make sure your order form contains the student’s name, the parent’s phone number, and the parent’s email address. Please make sure that these are written clearly.

Make sure that a Parent Contact Info Form has been submitted in order for Disney money to be fundraised. Visit https://dvmusicdept.wordpress.com/2016/10/09/parent-contact-info-form-online/ if you haven’t submitted one.

All orders and payment in full, must be handed in on Wed., 10/25/17. You can hand your order in to your director or you can give them to me (Elizabeth Lukan) at the Jake’s Wayback Burgers Dining Out that evening from 5 to 8 PM.

The orders will be delivered during the week of 11/13. The exact date and location will be announced when known. All orders must be picked up, no exceptions.

Please note that this fundraiser is not limited to DVMS and DVHS. Any music student in DV may participate.

Hughes Fundraiser Kicks Off Wed., 10/11

Wednesday, 10/11, all DVMS and DVHS music students will attend the kick-off meeting of the Hughes Fall Fundraiser.

The fundraiser ends on Tuesday, 10/24. All orders must be handed in to your Director. Make sure your order form contains the student’s name, the parent’s phone number, and the parent’s email address. Please make sure that these are written clearly.

The orders will be delivered during the week of 11/13. The exact date and location will be announced when known. All orders must be picked up, no exceptions.

We will be selling pies, cakes, coffee, and candles.
