Vendor setup, parking, and more for 4/21 and 4/22

Posted: April 21, 2017 by Elizabeth Lukan in Vendor/Craft Fair

As noted on the event info page (, vendor setup is either Friday, 4/21, from 6:30 to 9:30 PM or Saturday, 4/22, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Remember, the fair opens to the public at 10:00 AM.

– Please enter the Delaware Valley High School complex and follow the road to the right and then make the first left around to the pool entrance. See the map below. This is a one way parking lot circle!

– A volunteer will meet you at the pool entrance and assist you to unload your car onto a cart, wait with your items while you park, and then get you through the building to the vendor fair.

– On Friday evening, it doesn’t matter where you park.

– On Saturday morning, I do request that you do not park in the very front of the building. Please save those spaces for our guests. The last thing any of us needs is for a potential customer to drive away because they couldn’t find a parking spot. There are multitudes of parking to the left and right of the main entrance and the walk is not far especially if you know your goods are safely being watched over by our volunteers! This, of course, does not apply if any of you have handicapped plates.

For those vendors who have spots with electricity, please remember to bring your own extension cord and/or surge protector. We definitely won’t have any to loan you as they are all being used elsewhere.
